The duration required to fulfill an order is contingent upon the complexity and scope of your specific project, which is determined during your initial packaging consultation with us. Given the unique requirements and specifications of each project, it is challenging for us to provide an exact timeline for the completion of your order from initiation to conclusion.

All artwork and order specification changes must be made before you approve the final proof.
If changes or order cancellation are requested after final proof approval, we may be able to immediately withdraw the order from production. However, for more complex changes, we will charge an additional fee.
Our current production times are an estimated average of 10 – 30 business days, depending on the packaging type, order size, and time of year. Orders with greater customization and additional processes generally have slightly longer production times.
Please note that all estimated delivery dates are subject to change, as production times may vary due to fluctuations in order volumes, which can be difficult to predict.
It’s important to consider that the listed turnaround times do not include shipping time. Additionally, large orders, especially for rigid boxes, may require a longer production period. The production turnaround starts once your final proof has been approved and submitted.
Yes, we offer volume discounts for larger orders. The more units you order, the lower the cost per unit due to the bulk savings. So high-quantity orders generally result in a lower cost-per-unit for all of our packaging products.
